
Mindfulness has been described as ‘the art of conscious living’ (Zinn, J, 1994). It can be understood as the practice of consciously paying attention to the present moment, free from judgement of others or self, without attempting to make things other than as they are, in order to live life more fully.
I am a qualified mindfulness teacher and offer mindfulness coaching on a 1-1 basis or sometimes in groups. I work both online and in person.
